Survival

You live your day, seldom considering the future. Then one day a crisis strikes – maybe it involves you, a close family member or friend. It could be related to financial, health, or an adventure gone wrong. Usually it requires immediate action.

What you do or don’t is often drawn from a lifetime of training, experiences, the way you deal with the unexpected. Some people react immediately, some contemplate at length. Often you tap your close network of relationships for advice, support and sometimes you go it alone—either voluntarily or because you lack the resources at that moment.

And, sometimes there is assistance beyond understanding that stands by and moves you in the correct direction. It may require a leap of faith to engage, trust and allow this force to accompany or direct you on what may be your most important decision which allows life, or if not taped, death.

My adventures have been many and I have included some along with others’ true stories that reveal unexpected outcomes in my book, “Survival Quest.” I examine who gets to survive, who doesn’t and some of the reasons why.
